I was connecting to Bakersfield through LAX on 1/5/2012 at about 9:30 PM. The flight originated in Boston, Massachusetts. I had to gate check at bag in Boston because the plane was too full. The bag was last scanned in claim area 3 within the United airlines terminal. The bag is blue with black sides. It was zippered pockets at either end and zippered main pocket. The is Chevron logo in white on the side of the bag with the name "Chevron" above the logo. It has two hand carry straps and a shoulder strap also. There are retainer cases in one of the end pockets - one green and one Invisalign blue clamshell case. I would like to get this bag back if possible. I can be reached at 732-470-5969. I am complaining about the fact that I have tried numerous times to call and reclaim lost property but LAX's phone syestem is heavily unuseful and wasted my time and did not allow me to speak with anyone who could help.

My son lost a black 22" travelpro carryon bag at or near TSA in Continental Terminal 6 at LAX at about 7am on Sunday 1/1/12. It has a Pipkin luggage tag on it with all phone numbers and it flagged with a black and pink spotted ribbon. Inside there is young men's clothing, 2 large shakers of Lawry's season salt and a false tooth in a small tupperware in the inside of the top of the suitcase zipper. Hello today we flew from LAX to JFK NYC on united airlines at 8.13am, while going through airport security in terminal 7 I left my black coat and in the pocket was my iPhone. The brand of coat is Icebreaker and my phone was iPhone 4.

We have registered this with United lost and found in JFK airport but would like to know who we can contact in LAX to follow up on this. We are on vacation from New Zealand and in NYC for another 10 days.

I really want to get my coat and phone back if possible
