yes airport employees tend to be rude
and because LAX is a large and busy airport it tends to have impatient workers but as travelers we must take in to consideration that they work longer and harder than we do because the work environment is os hectic. However I do not appreciate the comment you made about the hispanic employees. I believe THAT was a very rude thing to state. "NO wonder we don't want them here"? that's probably what the employees think to themselves when they have to deal with clients like you! That is a racist statement and by putting them down you are not helping at all. Back in the day every place was different, even mcdonald's. If that's what you call constructive criticism, it needs some work...
